Hi, I know to alot of people, this might tick them off. Though, I am going to ask anyways. I qit smoking 15wks ago and I have put on 15 pds. I weighed 130 and though I want to weigh 120, but each week, I work out and I keep gaining and its flubbery not muscle. I was just wander if I took this weight loss if I could get down to the 120 and tone up. I felt so good about my self when I weighed 120 I was 152, then I got pregnant and had a problem with my gallbladder and stress, that I lost alot of weight. which led me to my 120 then 130, then I quit, and the weight keeps piling on I am just going nuts. I don't like the way I look and feel. I want to feel good about my body.
