Once people get past that "I can't do it" stage...and stop believing they can ONLY do it with a pill..only then will they be successful.

There is no quick fix people! get off your butts and get out and MOVE!

Watching what you eat and exercising WILL make you lose weight! But noooo, people don't want to put in any effort! they just want to pop a pill and by some miracle wake up a size 8! It doesn't work that way.

Please...Meridia...side effect: gas with oily discharge...if someone is SO lazy to exercise, to try this and possibly get this side effect..that is pathetic..and I certainly hope I'm not standing next to you.

Stop the excuses, stop the "does this work?" "Does that work?" nonsense. And move those bodies! you will feel SO much better!

I got the body I wanted by working out and not just sitting around. You have to get up and just do it. Sitting around posting messages all day will not help you.
