Thank Kathy. I wanted you to know that I am following a healthy eating plan and exercise 3-4 times a week. However, I will take your comments to heart. I did tell my doctor. But as of last night I had been on Hydroxycut for three days and began feeling something strange. Wasn't sure it was the drug, so I took one more Thursday morning. Same reaction. Symptoms are a feeling of my throat closing, mild lightheadedness and upset stomach. That's enough for me.
I just wanted a little boost to help me follow the plan I already have begun. Not looking for a miracle drug. I have lost 33 pounds but have many more to go.
Thanks for your help,
Yvette

: Hi.
: I am a personal trainer and a lot of my girls always want to know what they should take in order to get quick results. I generally am against taking things like Hydroxycut, ripped fuel, etc... Reason being that non of these products have been around enough to determine what long terms risks may be associated with them. What you read on the label is basically the short term risks and in some cases that is bad enough. If you have high blood pressure I would strongly recommend that you stay away from that sort of stuff. You should always consult with your doctor before taking medications or metabolic enhancers and things like that. Especially that you are under medication for your blood pressure. You do not want to have an adverse reaction. Anyway, if it is on the label it is on there for a reason. Because it is sold over the counter does not mean that it is not dangerous.

: Hope this helps.
: Kathy
