The bottle said to take two capsules, I was afraid, since I get rapid heartbeats, so I took one in the AM, and the next one mid-afternoon. At first, I made the mistake of taking one before dinner, and that had me awake most of the night. I did notice more energy though. After about 3 weeks or so, I upped it to two caps in the AM and two in Mid-afternoon. I lost 8 lbs in the few days..but it slowwed up after that. Basically the only exercise I did was taking the dog for a walk, which only took me about 20 min. I didn't even do it every day (no, not doggy neglect, we have a fenced in yard. haha). But while on my walks, I may jog a little bit...and I mean A LITTLE BIT..I'm so outta shape I can barely make it half a block :( I also don't take it on Weekends...I may occationally take it either on a Sat or a SUn, but I try not to..to give my system a break. I know herbs build up in your system, so I give my bod a couple of days to flush out whatever's in there. That's about it. I didn't really change my diet all that much either. I mean, I do try to eat right (who doesn't), but I still enjoy a big fat juicy steak. I certainly wouldn't say I've changed a whole lot of things as far as my eating goes (bad habits die hard). But like I said, I kinda wish I did, I probably would have lost more...but slowly and surely, I'm chiseling away at it. Hopefully I'll reach my goal.
