: Im only a teenager and i weigh 117 but i am unhappy with my figure! i run 3 to four miles a day but i eat TERRIBLY... i wanted to know if anyone lost inches with a good safe pill.... please reply
: How tall are you? If you are 4 feet tall then you may be considered overweight, but if you are the norm of America, I am assuming that you are probably 5'4-5-6'. I am going to give this advice to you know because I wished that I had been given it. I was 10 lbs overweight when I was your age. I am now 34. I too wanted so badly to get that weight off. So at 17 I started with diet pills. Sure they worked for the moment, but what I did not know is that in the long run it was changing my body and making it dependant on pills to lose weight. Look at your mom and women in your family. You most likely will look like they do in later years. If they are big woman, then I would hold off for as long as you can on the diet pills. If you are running 3-4 miles a day then you are perfectly fine. I wished that I had enjoyed my 10 lbs overweight when I could have. Someday you will wish you were what you are now. So all I am saying is stay away from the diet pills and continue what you are doing becuase you may need those diet pills later on in life and then they won't work. I am now 40 lbs overweight and would kill to be my 10lbs overweight that started me in this whole dilemma. Good luck and don't do the pills.. Not yet at least.
