I TOO TOOK THIS PRODUCT FOR A MONTH AND LOST NOTHING. HAVE LEARNED FROM OTHER MESSEGE BOARDS THAT THE REFUND IS A TOTAL SCAM, AND THE FBI IS SUPPOSEDLY LOOKING INTO THIS. LET ME KNOW IF YOU HEAR MORE. THANKS, SUSAN
