I have yeast in mycelial form in my intestines. I have been taking acidolpholus, and caprylic acid. I tried to give up carbs and sugar, but i am very thin to begin with and got very dizzy when i changed my diet. Is there another way to rid yeast without giving up foods that help me sustain weight? My doctor said i was dangerously thin. I would love to gain weight and get rid of candida too. Is this possible? Please respond....
