: my problem is can only run about two miles,
: yet i find it amazing how other people can run 26 miles
: does diet help in this or vitimin tablets,
: surely it cant make much difference, anyone know ?
I eat a high protein diet, low carb and little sugar I take a man's one a day vit. daily, chromium picolanate-4 per day and xenadrine from GNC. The epidrine is a small amount and I tollerate it well. I get a real zing of energy an hour after I take this, don't take after 3;00 in the afternoon or you won't sleep Take one pill between 10:00 and 2:00 the slowly work up to two pills a day. You will have the energy to run that extra mile instantly. If you have any chest pain or dizziness on the one pill schedule--discontinue at once. Lots of people can take this without any side affects and others just can't tolerate stimulants. This really keeps you from being exausted Good Luck and keep us posted on how you get along. Tad
