I just got my drops yesterday but the booklet is confusing. It says to take 1 drop for every 2 pounds you want to lose, but it also says to do the two bottles simultaneously for the best effect. Does this mean I take 1 drop per 2 pounds from one bottle AS WELL AS 1 drop per 2 pounds from the other bottle before each meal? Help! Just a note: I have a big headache and feel drowsy after taking the drops this morning for the first time. Is this to be expected? Thanks
