: : Has anyone tried this product? If so, what were the results? I want something all natural and this seems to be what I'm looking for. I've dropped 40 lbs on my own with eating right and exercising which I still do on a daily basis but, I think the last of the weight is the hardest to get off. So I need a little help. I need to lose about 20 lbs. Thanks for any info anyone might have.

: Congratulations! Obvioulsy, you have the motivaiton, disclipline and desire to lose the last 20lbs. Definately, start weight training, if you're not already, to help increase your lean body mass. Weight training at least 3x/wk, as well, as cardiovascular training will help burn more calories, even at rest, and give your body shape and tone. So don't be obsessed with what the scale says, go by what you look like and how your clothes fit. Eat 4-5 small balanced meals/day. Slimsense has a good high quality protein/nutrient shake. A meal replacement shake with good amounts of protein is essential for many important functions in the body. Especially muscle repair, proper nerve function, maintanence of healthy skin, and red red blood cell production, supports metabolism which helps promote weight loss. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for the information.
