it was funny though the 1st several days of using xenadrine,i did not lose a pound at all i use 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps in the afternoon i was very dissapointed but as i went to this weight loss board i saw liz post that she bought xenadrine and she said should take half a dose so .. y don't i just try it? i did not take half a dose i take half of 1 capsule(means i break the capsule into half and take half of them) i take it one in the morning and one the afternoon the next day i saw changes ...it was fast it's miracle and i did not exercise so i try that for a week and cycle it for another week in the 1 st week i was able to lose up to 6 pounds i was very glad to find this product no..i have no heart problem or what so ever check at the hospital still ok! i am not allegic to ECA
