I just began the plant macerat, I have continued my same eating habbits, which are healthy, and as directed with the program recieved with the macerat. The only difference is that I increased my excercise, and so far since taking the plants I have gained two pounds. Looking at some of the ingredients, I realized they are traditional diuretics, which could cause someone to lose alot of weight quickly---water weight, not fat. I always drink a lot of water anyway, so I do not usually ratain a lot. I am on my second week now, and I believe I will probaly be asking for a refund. We will see how long it takes, my order took 3 months to fill.
