: yes muscle weighs more, It also sounds like you just changed your workout to more weights. in the beginning you will gain muscle more quickly than loss fat, but as your muscles gain in size thay will in turn burn more fat. however many of these so called experts in the gym know what the best workout for them-selves an do take in consideration that your body might resopond different to there workout or what your goals need a different workout. listen to all and pick rights for you. keep working out and you will be the expert that knows whats best for you
Thank you both very much for responding.. I didn't really just change my work out (I never had one).. I was not really working out before but was loosing weight because I followed my doctors advise not eating after a certain time and just staying busy for 2 hours after.. but noticed when I started working out at the gym the weight lose Stopped!! I was freaked.. HAHA That is good advise to measure myself.. I will do that. Thanks for the advise both of you.
