: : I have yeast in mycelial form in my intestines. I have been taking acidolpholus, and caprylic acid. I tried to give up carbs and sugar, but i am very thin to begin with and got very dizzy when i changed my diet. Is there another way to rid yeast without giving up foods that help me sustain weight? My doctor said i was dangerously thin. I would love to gain weight and get rid of candida too. Is this possible? Please respond....

....Hi, I used to have chronic yeast problems and a friend of mine suggested eating more garlic or if you don't like the taste of garlic you might consider a no odorless garlic pill. They helped me. Have you considered looking into alternative medicine books for advice? Good luck.
