:I have not tried it, but my friend did. This is the one that you can only drink "their" liquid for 48 hours. Heck, you might as well drink grapefruit juice instead and save the money. She said that all it did was starve her to death. She may have lost weight for that particular weekend that she needed it, but she said that she could have done the same with drink anything else and not eating a single thing.. Makes sense... Don't waste your money...
