Hi. I'm also wondering about this program. I noticed that Debbie posted her message on Sept. 18th and I'm wondering if she has continued with the program and how her progress has been? I'm tempted to order this product since is does claim that you still should exercise and basically watch what you eat. If anyone has any further info. on this it would be very helpful in making my decision. I have about 50 pounds to lose and I just want a good tool to aid me in my weight loss journey. I've tried a lot of diets (when I didn't need to) and have come to the conclusion that there is no easy way but to do the work (exercise and eat right).
: : Has anyone tried this? If so, how effective is it?
: I've been on it for about 3 weeks now, it's the 1st diet of any type I've ever had to try, but I'm having a hard time losing the last 15 lbs from this last pregnancy...I'm very happy with it! It DOES taste great (I use the shake once a day with a banana, non fat milk, and a handful of ice cubes in the blender) and take the 2 tablets once a day with dinner. It does seem to reduce my appetite and sugar cravings, and I've lost 8 lbs so far! I definitely say worth a try for anyone!
