I have been seriously thinking about joining Weight Watchers. Their new point system looks like it could be easy to stick to - but in order to get any more information I'd have to pay over $40 to attend the first meeting. Could someone who knows more about this plan give me a summary of what it entails and maybe some examples of how much points certain foods are and how much you can have in a day etc. Thanks!
