Water is vital to a healthy body. Your body is 75% water so it does add water weight, but that is not fat weight which most people are concernd with. Your body also regulates the water level in your body so it won't get out of control. Water actually help you loss fat weight as well. when hydrated you body works much better all around. it increases your metabolism and helps you muscles contract. really you just get better gas milage.
