Thanks for that information John.

I go to the gym 3 times a week for cardio (running), and to use a couple of machines for pectorial area and I use the lat pull down machine. I also use an abcradle in the gym.

I don't go to the gym for free weights because they don't have them, so I have weights in my bedroom at home. I do a 30 - 40 minute session with my free weights on days I am not in they gym. At the moment I can only do simple exercises like basic lifts, clean and presses and squats. I want to get my own bench soon so I can do a wider variety of exercises.

My goal is to lose existing fat, gain muscle and generally fill out. I want to do this so I can start getting into sports such as football and martial arts. Like many other guys I want to look in shape, or ripped.

Thanks.

Benjamin

PS. At present I have a pretty good diet (don't eat as much fruit and veg as I should). I take a general vitamin tablet which I have done for a month or so now. Together with Glutamin, Whey and Vitamin C do you think I well get the results I want in about 3/4 months? Is it bad to take too many different supplements and vitamins?

PPS. What is the score with meal replacement powders (MRP)?
