: : : Has anyone ever tried the apple cider vinegar diet pills? I have heard that people have tried them to lose weight and it has worked....has anyone else tried this and has it worked? I am trying to lose weight and I want to do it safely. Any suggestions?

: : Apple cidar vinegar pills should be perfectly safe, however if you are trying to lose weight don't waste your money on them. Basically, they help as a diuretic and that's it! So your scale might tell you less, but it's only water weight. The only products that have a proven fat loss effect are thermogenics containing ma huang (in any form), white willow bark (herbal asprin), and guarna (caffeine). This is the only ergogenic aid that is proven to burn fat and increase metabolism. I've been a personal trainer for over 16 years and I know that products like these are the ONLY ones that work along with sensible eating and cardio and weight training. My personal favorite is made by Slimsense, which only make high quality scientifically researched products that work!

: where do you get these from I just need a jumpstart I used to be really thin but I have lost it I went from really thin to obese i have since then lost 73 lbs but know have 30 more to go my problem is diet the exercise thing I have down pat but it seems pointless to me I have a real problem with carbs I binge eat really bad and I cant stop once I become thin I will be fine it is just getting there I lost the 73 lbs a year ago in 7 months and since then a whole year i have lost nothing please any advise that you have will be loved. Also in your opinion when is the best time of day to work out

Wow, that's an impressive amount of weight to lose in 7 months. Obviously, you had the discipline and dedication to lose weight, so you can do it again! First of all, I let my clients know that the ONLY way to achieve permanent weight loss results, involves small balanced meals, cardio plus weight training 4-6 times/week, and supplementation. Supplementation can be either meal replacement, protein bars, shakes, or any pill, powder, or liquid which contains nutrients. If you leave one of these fundamental priciples out, weight loss results become much harder.
Next, figure out why you are binge eating. Boredom is one of the biggest excuses to overeat. Instead, do something active. Take a walk, play with your kids or dog, ride your bike, workout, just do something. Find a workout buddy or someone who wants to achieve similar weight loss goals. It makes things much easier, especially if the two of you can relate to the same weight loss frustrations.
Finally, be patient. It simply takes time. Through out your scale and measure your weight loss by the looseness of your clothes or compliments from others. Weight loss, especially lifetime results, require mind set, determination, motivation, patience, discipline, and the desire to do it for yourself. Good luck.
