HI,
WHY IS IT THAT EXPERTS SAY "YOU HAVE TO EAT THE RIGHT AMONT OF CALORIES IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT" (USUALLY MORE THAN ANY OF US WOULD THINK APPPROPRIATE ON A CALORIE CONTROLLED DIET) THEN THERE ARE THOSE WHO CAN LOSE WEIGHT BY NOT EATING VERY MUCH. WHICH IS WHY I THINK A LOT OF US THINK LESS MUST BE BETTER.

EXAMPLE : BETTE MIDLER RECENTLY LOST A BUNCH OF WEIGHT AS SHE LOST HER APPETITE FOR A FEW MONTHS AFTER EATING SOME BAD FISH. ?????
