: I am someone looking to lose weight and thought that I would try optiburn. I also sometimes drink citrucel and metamucil. Will there be any side effects. Because I am looking for a fat burner that is safe and that I can mix with these fiber products.

First of all, I want everybody to know that I come to the healthboards to help people achieve their weight loss goals. I believe there is 3 fundamental priciples to HEALTHY PERMANENT weight loss. 1. Small frequent healthy balanced meals every 3 hours to help support metabolism 2. Exercise which includes cardio and weight training at leat 3-4 times a week 3. Supplementation such as meal replacement shakes, bars, drinks or any other pill, powder or liquid which contains nutrients. They can be used as part of a person's daily food intake to either supply that person with adequate or supraphysiological levels of a nutrient that they would not recieve from food alone. Period! End of story. That's the only healthy way to do it.
Anybody can follow a diet or take a diet pill that allows only certain foods, but when all is said and done the weight comes right back plus more! On these diets, muscle tissue is lost, and the metabolism gets all screwed up. Then after a week or two the person can't take it anymore and starts eating regular foods again, they gain it right back.
Now, you said you want to lose weight with a product that is safe. Well, does that include exercise and a healthy diet? You can take a product like Optiburn, which is gives great results, but if you don't learn how to eat correctly or exercise, then you might gain it back and that is true for ANY product. If someone says differently they are lying. Now, I let my clients use this product not only because it is safe and gives results, but because it gives them more energy to exercise and controls cravings and appetite to help them choose foods that are better and healthier for them. So, I hope you'll stop all the yo-yo and crash diets that can cause a lot of health damage.
Now, why do you take products like metamucil and citrucel? I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but this is a question that I would ask a client before I agree to train them. Have you tried to eat fibrous loaded foods like broccoli, spinach, fortified fiber cereals like Kashi Go lean products and other foods? I'll be honest, I used to hate these foods. I'd eat nothing but pizza, fast food (fat food), and nothing but junk. My body looked like junk too! When I learned how to eat right, by NOT starving myself and started working out, I can honestly say that now I LOVE my body and the way it looks.
