: No TextSure, there are plenty of high carb, extremely low fat and low protein diets. I believe the Ornish diet only allows 10 grams of fat for the entire day. Well, most carbohydrates, even some fruits and vegetables, usually have at least 1 gram of fat per serving. So, your most likely going to have to eat plain bland foods. If you add a serving of low fat butter, that's going to add 5 grams of fat right there. You won't be able to eat out, even if you order something as simple as spaghetti with marinara. Marinara, and most sauces, are made with olive oil= 1 tbsp. has 10 grams fat. If you're thinking of going on this diet so you can eat as much fat free cookies, pasta salad, mac and cheese, you should find a different diet because you will only be able to eat small portions. You're better off with a diet that allows you to eat all types of foods.
