I'm on it right now. I'm about 3 weeks into it, and I think I've lost a few pounds, but probably not enough to call it a real success story. I think I will continue to use it simply because I want to incorporate more soy into my diet, but I usually can't stand the smell of aftertaste of soy products. With this one, however, I have not I have not experienced any such ill effects. I ordered from the secure site at leanroutine.com and haven't had any problems.
