: The diet itself is not hard.

: First you must count your carbs. Carbs are a big part of your diet you wouldn't believe how many carbs you eat in a day. You body has a natural order in which it uses food for energy. Carbs are a bigest part of your diet they are natural sugars. Your body will burn the carbs before it burns anything else. So in order to trick your body into burning fat first you must take in only 20 carbs a day for the first two weeks. No mor not less. This will put your body into a state of kitosis. Once in the state of kitosis you body will burn fat before it burns carbs. That means watching carbs. After the two weeks you can increase to 60 or even 100 calories depending on how fast you want to lose the weight. Since everything but protien has carbs in it, you can guess what you diet will be. Steak, eggs, cheese, hamburger (no bun), fish, basicaly any meat. The soda which you can drink which I drank during the diet is diet soda which has no carbs. The down side is none of the following, Ketchup = 4 carbs per table spoon, pasta (don't even think about it, Bread (out of the question), Soda, beer, actually any alcohol is a no no because you don't have carbs in you body to absorbe it. You get drunk off of a beer when on this diet ( Believe me when I tell you that). In all it is a good diet it will lower you blood pressure, lower your cholesterol and make you lose weight, but you have to make sure you follow the rules or you will gain alot of weight. You will see fast results but after the first 20 pounds it gets harder. Well if you have any other questins let me know. I think the diet is a good one but like I said earlier follow the rules.

i just started this diet..its been 5 days now.... i was just curious, after 14 days, is it ok to keep the intake at 20 carbs per day to lose weight faster or do i have to increase the carb intake?
