could u please send me more detailed information and also what do u mean by 20 carbs a day. Do u mean the reading on a packet, like contains 20 carbs. Also do u mean that all u eat is 20 carbs and nothing else each day for 2 weeks. Please reply as soon as possible. Also i have read that there are serious side effects like heart attacks, kidney malfuction etc.
