I like many others tried this product quite faithfully with zero, nada, weight loss! I sent the vials back and even sent it registered parcel as I didn't want to give them the "we never received it excuse!" No matter how many times I tried, I could never get thru' to their customer service. I usually was given the "computers are down" or was given a recorded message and they NEVER returned my calls. It's been very frustrating. I feel I've been scammed!
