Yes, I've had luck with them. I did it for 2 months and lost 10 lbs. Not as much as I want, but my sister did it for 2 months as well and she exercised 4 times a week and she lost 17 lbs. in 2 months. I did not exercise as much, I only did sporadically. But I did watch my food intake and drank a lot of water. Be careful where you buy it. Some places sell them very expensive. I found out that if you buy it through one of those multi-level companies, they overcharge. We got ours online but it was much much less than the others but still the same thing. Good luck.
