John, the woman who keeps posting negative info about Laminaria is someone called Natie, I'm not sure if she's a real person or not but I have seen other postings from her going back months. She's just one of those people, nutty natie. This hopefully answers your question. By the way a friend of mine told me yesterday about these pills, she also said they were great so I've just ordered them, wish me luck!
