I recently started taking Metabolize (cheaper version of Metabolife) and I really like what it is doing for my appetite. I have really cut my calories and I have lost some weight. I am still eating well and working out so I don't really think I am doing anything wrong. The thing is that I am concerned about the ingredients in these pills and I am looking for an ephedra free pill I can take that will supress my appetite as well as Metabolize does. I do not need the extra 'energy' kick that these pills give me. I just need an appetite supressent that is safe. Any advice would be great! thanks.
