Well, good luck you guys! I placed my order online as well. As soon as I good the order email from them, I could see I made a mistake since there was no order/confirmation number. I immediately replied to the email requesting order cancellation and receipt if the cancellation. That was 11/14. Today is 12/6 and out of 12 emails, not one has been responded to. The phone number to the customer service is just as helpful. One person told me you can't cancel if you ordered online. Another person by the name of "Renae" told me that was silly and that she'd go ahead and cancel the order, that I should see a credit within 4-5 bus. days. That was last Tuesday 11/28. Since then I have tried asking to speak with a manager. Depending on who answers they either don't have one or they aren't there. A manager by the name of "Arlene" is supposed to be calling me back but... Has anyone actually successfully received their money back? My credit card issuer felt this would be a ligit charge dispute and would be reversed as long as I had kept records of my emails & phone calls. I would suggest the same to everyone else who hasn't received a refund. They "GUARANTEE" their product in bold print right on their website!
