We ordered it on 30 Oct 00 and still have not received it. We made serveral attempts on calling the number in the advertisement and we either recieve a voice mail or the person states that the computer is down and we need to call back in a couple of hours. This is only a few of the excuses that we get. They have already taken the money out of our account! If someone out there has any suggestions on getting a response from these people or our product please let me know.
