If someone out there has any suggestions on getting a response from these people or our product please let me know. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Toronto, Canada. I have had the same problem - NO PRODUCT AND NO REPLYS TO MY PHONE CALLS OR LETTERS. I submitted an order on 9/25/00 and my credit card was charged on 10/14/00 and still no product after several phone calls and two letters. So, I filed a complaint. You can do this online: www.bbb.org I urge anyone to do this who has not received their product or if it doesn't work.
