Hi, I bought Stacker2 about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. On the bottle it says to take 1 to 2 pills a day----I only take 1 a day after lunch---with 2 pills it is too much caffeine but I am averaging 2-3 pounds a week. Other people complain about breakouts but I haven't had any maybe because I only take 1 pill a day. No other side effects.
