:Most diet pills have ephedrine in them to give energy and to lessen the appetite. I personally don't like them because of the effects it has on the body. Anyone who has high blood pressure or a tendency to have problems with blood clots should not use these products. Most of these pills have little effectiveness on weight loss. The best way to go, and I know everyone gets sick of hearing this, is diet and excercise. If you are looking to lose weight fast, try a catabolic diet. You could lose up to 1 lb. per day, just be healthy! This is the same diet the military gives overweight enlistees. i recently bought twin labs' diet fuel and it's my second day taking the pills. there is no way i will take the full dosage of 9 pills! today i took four. has anyone had any success with diet fuel? i tried xenadrine before, but it made me break into hives so i exchanged it for this product. what are some side effects of diet fuel? so far, something i've noticed is that i've been getting really bad headaches. any tips/warnings/success stories? they would all be greatly appreciated!
