Heres my story i am young well not entirly young but a teen and i need help with weight loss, i am too scared to confront ne one on my problem beside my closet friend. I do not wish to take ne pills or supplements. And because i am a teen i do not have the money to buy books or info on the topic. I am desprate for help!
