I have read and heard about the dangerous combination of Caffeine and Ephedra as it increases your blood pressure.
However, I have yet to hear if this is a Short term or long term effect. If one were to take it, notice the increase in high blood pressure, then stop taking it,
would the blood pressure return to normal?
