On the weight loss board Ray posted recipes and some also on Atkins support site. I find that I can just use Whole Wheat bread and still lose weight--or not gain. Read the lable and watch for hidden sugar . I usually get Roman Meal--sugar comes from molasses which is burned by your body not stored. Good Luck
