I am a 14 year old male about 5'11" 145lbs and I am looking to slim down a little. I work out every day but sunday doing a different body part each day. I also play soccer 7-8 times a week and sometimes more. I am seeing results of my workouts strenth wise but i still dont have cut muscles. I was thinking about trying Hydroxycut but i am not completely sure because i dont want to hurt my body. Can anyone give me some advice on what i should do????
