Can someone please help, I'm not sure if I have acid reflux, I know I will have to see a doctor but I'm looking for any advice/reccomendations before I see one. I've had this problem on and off for about 2 or 3 years, and stupid me never went to see a doctor about it. It used to happen all of the time, I used to throw up almost every single thing that I ate, no matter what it was...eventually it turned into some sort of Asthma I think (I read that it could happen on certain websites) I lost about 30 pounds (down to 140 5'3, 24 years old) and it pretty much went away completely, but it reoccurs often, but now it's just when I wake up in the morning. I never throw up after eating any more, but almost every morning (specifically if I wake up early) I throw up, it's very sour, acidy. The rest of the day I'm completely fine, but when I wake up, it never fails, I throw up....I don't know if this is acid reflux or something else, I don't have heartburn often, my throat never hurts or burns, but I do notice clearing my throat an awful lot during the day, I guess because my throat may have some damage to it? Is this a mild case of Acid Reflux? Sometimes I'm fine until I walk outside, and the cold air triggers it off, sounds weird, I know.....any suggestions?
