There is a book writtn by Dr. Scala. He is a nutritionist. I believe the title is "eating right for a bad gut". It has some wonderful info. I was diagnosed a year ago, and have been taking asacol since then. I started following his recommendations a few weeks ago, and I really notice some improvements. You should be able to find it at the library. Hope it helps you.
