My mother who is 69 years old has been vomiting since January 1st and can not keep any food down. She is not experiencing any other flu symtoms. They did a battery of tests including one for diabetes. Her sugar level was at 300 but while in the hospital and on IVs her sugar level came down to 120. She has not been diagnosed a diabetic. The doctors concluded though X-rays that she had gallstones and on the 9th she was admitted to the hospital and had her gallbladder removed. Two days latter she was sent home and has continued to projectile vomit as she was prior to the surgery. If anyone has any insight please contact me.
