: : : seems I may have a gall bladder problem (self diagnosis at this point) Anyone know of any diet restrictions, exercise, herbal remedies that would relieve this condition? Thank you

: : I was surprised to find out 9 months ago that I have gall stones. Here is what I have done and I have no symptoms since I begant. I don't think this is a cure but I have my symptoms under control. Lecithin is supposed to be very good for this. I take 2 - 1200 mg. caps per day. I also take Metamucil for any digestion problems gall stones can cause. It adds much needed fiber to keep things moving. I also cut way down on fats and try to keep my weight down. It seems to be working. It would be a good idea to have this condition properly diagnosed. I had an ultrasound which showed several large stones. My doctor says that as long as what I'm doing works, just keep it up. No operation until absolutely necessary. There are several imformative web sites that helped me. Just typed in "gall bladde" into browser.

: I forgot to mention that I also take Milk Thistle Extract also called silymarin

: daughter restricting fat grams; 1st attack one month prior to delivery of baby, then 2nd attack two weeks after delivery, then 3rd attack at three months post partum - each time hospitalized; three lesser attacks since. Looking for any ideas to dissolve the small stones.
