I've taken a new job that has me travelling a lot. While I've gotten constipated before I'm at my wits end now. I have not gone in a week and feel like I'm gonna explode. I've tried fiber, Dulcolax tablets, suppositories and all I get is pain. What can I do to go now and then keep this from happening again??
