It sounds like a digestion problem. It can be caused by a vitamin deficiency. I am not a doctor but you could try a couple things to see how your stomach reacts. One thing is eat yogurt with your meals, it helps with digestion. Second, take a B complex vitamin, B6 and others help with digestion and also help with removing excess estrogen from your system during your monthly cycle. Third, you can try eliminating certain types of foods such as dairy products (except yogurt). You may have a food allergy. To get rid of the gas try drinking some Chinese Green Tea.
