My daughter was diagnosed with severe IBS, with cramps and bleeding from unknown reasons...nothing ever showed up. But when she took folic acid the IBS went away.
It si not coincidence as when she stopped the floic acid, IBS came back until she started the folic acid again. It is worth a try.
