My husband had the same problem for 30 years..Finally he went to a gastro doc that helped him...The doctor couldn't believe that no one helped him in all these years..The doctor told him to drink Citrucel every now and then..It works..he doesn't have this problem anymore..makes him go normal now..might want to ask your doc about it..can buy it over the counter..He drinks it twice a week..which is good for him..he was lacking fiber apparently..He was told he had everything under the sun wrong with him and they were all wrong..anything from allergy to ibs..I sure hope this helps you..Good Luck...
