Ok, I had my Gallbladder out in June of 99. I was a bit overweight(not much) when this happened. Since then I have gained tremendous amount of weight and everything and I mean everything goes right through me. I have also had attacks and my doctors tell me it is because I am overweight. I don't know why I have these attacks or why I gained weight as I can't anything and I exercise regularly. So, no it is not in your head. Good luck and I hope you feel better.
