: I received a crushed ankle injury as the result of a car accident in May of this year 1999. It has been 6 : months and the tibia and fibula are not healing. They are talking either bone grafts and or bone stimuation. : I am looking for people or Dr.s who have had experience with any of the above. : Also I am looking into progesterone cream could it help my bones grow together. I have read it increases : bone mass is that the same thing as bones growing together. Have you had any success in healing? My husband broke his tibia and fibula January 1997. We're still trying to get his bones to heal after two bone grafts. He is finishing up 30 hyperbaric oxygen treatments to stimulate healing and fight infection. Let me know how you are doing and what has been your course of treatment. Good luck. Carol Zajac
