I've been disabled for 13 years from a stroke, and have come up for review again. Can your benefits
be taken away if you haven't seen a doctor or had tests in awhile? I'm stable with my illness...no
better or no worse, but realize that the S.S. Administration likes to look at facts such as current
tests and exams by doctors. Has anyone had any experience with being reviewed, but yet do not
have recent tests/exams to show for it, and your disability benefits continued with no problem?
The first time I was reviewed, I simply mailed in the forms, but 5 years later they had me see a
doctor. Now three years later they want to review me again. Thanks for your input.
